Like Father...Like Son...

December 7 marked one year since we found out we were pregnant and Liam’s 4 month birthday! It is amazing how much life can change in one year. We feel very fortunate for many reasons this holiday season.

Recently we went to pick out our Christmas tree. The whole family went, including Barnes! We had a great time and picked out a wonderful tree.

Liam has started eating Cereal and he really likes it. Although, he doesn’t really understand that he has to wait for the next spoon full! Once he starts eating he doesn’t really want to stop!

Barnes is really excited that Liam is starting to eat food! I believe he has realized that this kid might not be so bad after all!

Friday we went to Bonefish Grill in Louisville to eat with Doc and M and the gang. It was a fun time. Liam had a few tastes of ice cream thanks to Uncle Billy!

Saturday was very busy for us. We started the morning by ringing the bell for the Salvation Army Kettle Campaign. Well…Brock rang for the most part…Liam, Barnes, and I stopped by a few times to bring dad some hot coffee and a warm breakfast sandwich! Brock posted pictures below.
After ringing the bell, we went to the UK Basketball game with our friends John, Resa, Tony, and Allison. It was a great time and the Cats came through with a win! Thanks for inviting us!
Uncle Billy and Aunt Cheryl watched Liam during the game! We went to pick him up afterward and went to PF Changs to eat. Needless to say…I am not doing good on my WeightWatchers diet!

This past Sunday at Church, we lit the 3rd Sunday of Advent candle. We feel so blessed to be members at such a wonderful church. Liam and Brock wore matching bow ties! They were so cute! We were a little worried how Liam was going to pull it off without a neck, but it worked! Haha.

Liam then went to visit Santa at the Greenbrier Holly Jolly Christmas party! He loved to watch all the children. Our niece Mary Keene and nephew Andrew had a good time at the party! They made Liam reindeer food to put out for Santa's reindeer!

After the Christmas party, it was off to Falmouth for my nieces Christmas play at Turner Ridge Baptist Church.
Our nieces love to hold Liam. Here is a picture of the Hannah, Danielle, and Josie holding Liam and their other cousin, Macie. Macie was born the day before Liam! She has a ton of hair and had the cutest hair bow with candy canes on it!
The proud Aunt Kelly holding her nephew and niece!

After this busy weekend, we are looking forward to a relaxing week!
